Bernadette (Wnek) Neal
Trusted "go-to" team player supporting learning and implementation projects
Throughout my professional career, I’ve worn many hats—with a strong focus on learning, communication, and support. I have developed eLearning tutorials, advised clients on LMS implementation strategies, managed online social communities, and earned a teaching certificate in elementary education. Each of these roles has required me to create clear, engaging content to convey information, document procedures, or support learning outcomes.
As a highly organized and detail-oriented learning professional, I have developed and updated a wide range of instructional and support materials—including product administration guides, instructor-led training (ILT) content, job aids, reference documentation, and eLearning tutorials. I’ve also revised and maintained existing eLearning courses to ensure they remain effective and aligned with user needs. These efforts have directly contributed to improved user comprehension and increased adoption of software products.
I’ve always had a talent for writing and for explaining complex concepts
in a simple, accessible way. My current goal is to contribute in a role where
I can design and develop instructional products that effectively enhance learning
and performance for diverse audiences.
